Q: AFC Advanced sorting of spool files Question:

I have a large spool file containing letters for customers. I want to sort this spool file using the Auto Forms Control (AFC) sort definition, but my problem is,

that the customer number and/or adress is only placed on the first page for each customer. Can ArtForm400 sort it anyway?

Answer:
Yes. If you can specify a condition in the sort definition to decide which page is the first page, then it is possible.

You can define a condition, that selects the first page for each customer. Specify that condition for the page selector.
The pages not selected will 'follow' the last selected page.
